“We chose a room with a lake view, but the lake was barely visible from the room. We stayed on April 24, and the room was incredibly hot. We had to sleep with the balcony door open because it was impossible to stay inside comfortably. In the evening, we tried calling the reception, but nobody answered, even though the staff had told us someone would be available until 11 PM. When we mentioned this during check-out, we were told that the air conditioning in all rooms only starts working in May.……

“Ottimo hotel in Valsassina, a soli 15 minuti dal Lago di Como, ottima posizione sia per raggiungere il lago, sia per fare cammminate in montagna, ristorante con cucina locale , piatti ottimi e abbondanti anche la pizza buonissima. Colazione discreta trovi sia dolce che salato. Hotel ben tenuto camere pulite.”
