「I recently stayed at the Novotel City Centre for work, and both the hotel and its location were excellent. Unfortunately, I was overcharged by a taxi driver upon arrival at the airport, who demanded 40,000 KZT for a ride that should have cost only 10,000 KZT. However, a member of the hotel staff, Adil, went above and beyond to assist me. 「We loved our stay here. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and assist us. The breakfast was the most extensive buffet we have ever seen; we were shocked that there had been negative reviews. The location is great. There is a nice park across the street and it’s a short walk to many great sights. 」

「The receptionists are nice and helpful. Room is clean and tidy. I have a comfortable stay here. It closes to bus station but takes 15-20mins walk to train station. I would recommend it to others.」

「We booked a one BR Apartment for a family of 4 including 2 kids (5 yo). The apartment and the bathroom was spacious and fully equipped. The sofa bed in the living room converted to a pull out bed (unfortunately it is the most uncomfortable bed for 2). The location of the hotel is excellent, with 2 minutes walk to the famous Arbat Street. There are plenty of supermarkets around, with a huge Magnum store just across the road in Lumier building. 」
