“Firstly this is a lovely hotel which is very centrally located. The rooms were cleaned every day by the amazing hard working cleaning staff, honestly nothing was too much trouble for them. Also the night staff in the bar were cheerful and happy to serve you. But that's where it stops, the cooked breakfast left a lot to be desired, and as for the breakfast staff, two in particular who were the most unpleasant I've ever come across on all my travels. They gave the impression they didn't want to……

“Personnel très serviable et accueillant, petit déjeuner très bien servi. Les lits ne sont pas très confortables, la piscine n’est pas suffisamment profonde, certains travaux semblent mal été faits, la porte des toilettes ne se fermait pas.”

“It’s such a perfect stay that I can’t recommend this apartment more!! The room is big, clean and with everything equipped. The location is so great, close to beaches, all the restaurants and markets. And what impresses us most is the hospitality of the staff, especially Cely! She is the soooooo nice and enthusiastic, super communicative and warm-hearted!! Her smile just makes you feel happy all the day!! I would definitely stay here again if I come back and I recommend it to anyone who visit……

“Nice spacious room with good bathroom, all very clean. Good range of food which was different every day we stayed, also very suitable for kids. Very tasty dishes and plenty to try. Drinks available on AI were also good. Splash pools good for kids, varied sizes of slides. Only issue was the 'reserving' of sunbeds for hours on end - people put towels etc out at breakfast then not seen for hours and there was none available for us normal people that hadn't done that. Good entertainment but……

“Stayed here many times and it is faultless. This time I was here for my birthday but hadn't mentioned this at all to reception. Note was obviously taken at check in as a lovely card and chocolates was left in the room on the day of my birthday. Little gestures go a long way.”

“The reception and pool areas were good the room was ok, a bit battered and outdated but did us for 4 nights. First time ive had to pay a deposit for a tv remote and also had to pay to hire a hairdryer ”

“Great stay”

“Great apartments 5 minutes from middle of promenade, clean , roomy , spotless , everything you need in kitchen area . Excellent shower and large , lovely balcony with table , chairs and sun loungers . Pool area very nice and plenty of sunbeds , no need to reserve at anytime just turn up was always beds morning noon and after . Lady on reception nest helpful and do too are all the staff , had small issue with shelving in room , fixed completely within minutes. Been before and definitely will……

“kitchen was cool and the terrace ”

“Our room had a bad smell coming from the shower, we had to move rooms to a lower standard with no view (previous room had a balcony view) Staff were slow to respond or didn't seem that interested. After we moved we noticed the maintenance staff working on the drain outside. Other room was clean, and no smell so not too inconvenient.”

“Eravamo 2 adulti e un ragazzo, divano letto non era preparato, il receptionist mi dice che dobbiamo fare noi il letto! E sottintende anche che per il prezzo, cosa ci aspettiamo?! Lenzuola per fare il letto sporche e bucate. Divano pieno di buchi sulla spalliera. Noi ci troviamo in camera con due letti separati, chiedo spiegazioni e mi dice che è normale e che se li volevamo unire dovevamo aspettare il giorno dopo ( era pomeriggio non notte fonda!). Avevo scritto un messaggio qui per l’hotel……
