“Our stay at SOTA was nothing short of amazing. The drive to the retreat was not too out of reach, and made sense, as we were in the jungle of Puerto Morelos. We arrived a little later than expected, but greeted upon arrival at the gate by the staff. We were helped with our luggage to our stay, and we were stunned at every step! In our unit, there were fresh fruits waiting for us on the table. Our room was surrounded by glass looking out into the jungle, and every room had access to opening……

“Room was absolutely beautiful with picturesque views. Room was exactly as shown during booking. Property is very clean and quiet. Gali, Ramses and Adriana were always present to make sure my stay was comfortable. They were great to talk with and excellent resource to good food spots. I will definitely come back here.”

“No refrigerator”

“Great location - steps from the beach and minutes from the main strip/restaurants etc. The unit was clean and just as advertised. The small pool was perfect for our young kids. The host was friendly and helpful - she provided beach chairs and toys upon request.”

“Pleasantly surprised. This looks like a small motel, but is an apartment complex that rents out a few units. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedroom a separate from the kitchen dining room. Just a few blocks from the beach… and a great beach club. For a low budget trip, this place was just great. The staff did not speak any english but google translate helped to facilitate good communication. ”

“El servicio de meseros deficiente, algunos temas de mantenimiento en el área del baño, hemos ido otras veces pero esta última si estuvo muy deficiente, ojalá trabajen en ello porque la ubicación del hotel, la playa están muy bien”

“It’s very quiet and close to the beach. Just a short walk to town and all the restaurants. Have stayed here several times and will stay again.”

“Très bien situé, par contre bruyant la nuit mais ce n'est pas la faute de l'hébergement. Il y a beaucoup de restaurants aux alentours. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour.”

“DO NOT BOOK HERE. IT’S CLOSED. - I booked early in the morning for arrival that same night. I immediately sent a message saying that we had a long drive to get there and that we’d arrive about 11:00 PM. - I never got a response, so in the afternoon I tried calling them, but never got an answer. - We arrived a little after 9:00 PM, earlier than anticipated, but the place was completely closed, totally dark, no lights on anywhere. We shouted and knocked…nothing. There were three additional……

“They sold the room knowing full well that the shower do not work in the entire building. I could not take a shower dor 2 days, third day I had to shower in another room at building next door. Hotel is pretty run down.”
