「My husband and I celebrated our 1 year wedding anniversary at Sana Tulum Hotel. We've traveled quite a bit together and it's all in the details for us. We had valet service throughout our stay, complimentary welcome drinks, our room was serviced twice a day, the check-in and out process was pleasant including the chilled hand towels they offer (scented with rosemary and eucalyptus essential oils) to freshen up throughout the day. 「If you are looking, stop here! I have been to Tulum atleast 20 times over the last 8 years and this was by far my best stay. PERFECT location with many options. On site services are great. Views and rooms are breathtaking. The only dislike I had was that eating options close early and don’t open until 9a. However, it is so close to many food options that it’s not a problem but will inconvenience you slightly. I will be staying again.」

「The room was wonderful. We were upgraded upon arrival to an ocean view. Many amenities are at neighboring hotels, but if you are looking for quiet and low key, this is perfect. The fun, noisy places are steps away down the street. The front desk was very helpful. Especially Paola who gave us amazing recommendations for places to go and excursions that were off the beaten path. The air conditioning was a bit weak is the only complaint.」
