"It appeared the dining staff in the market dining room were not well trained in customer service. You waited what seemed forever to get coffee at breakfast. Also, clearing the tables was very slow, even though there were not a lot of customers there. Often there were no bowels for breakfast oatmeal, and when you told a staff member, they would bring out just one bowel instead of a dozen so the next customer wasn’t waiting for bowels. "
