「Very convenient location to access central london; safe and clean neighbourhood; within walking distance to thames」

「I had a great time staying in this place. Really nice location. Awesome amenities. I was able to do a much needed load of laundry in the middle of a long trip throughout the UK. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the WiFi in the flat didn’t work (we were given an alternative that worked some of the time) and we couldn’t figure out how to work the TV (apparently there was a 2nd remote that we couldn’t find).

「The shower facility water pipe outflow was not through. Water was spread out of the tank after shower. Others are satisfied. 」

「As schedule changed,we want to change the last checkout date and switch to another date, but they don’t agree」

「Beautiful location and property. Quite lovely amenities and an extremely kind and helpful staff.」

It was fine for me, but for others this maybe an issue. The blinds are not full shades, so it gets bright when sun is out. The elevator was out of service for the entire time of our 7 days stay (does...
