“The property inside was pleasant, however, the gardens were overgrown with grass and weeds. The neighbour had left boxes for recycling on the lawn in the outdoor entertaining area. And due to the number of stairs had ropes connected from their deck to the wheelie bins. Whilst the description says 3-storey house and the photos give the impression of a normal house, the property is on a very steep block, so I do not recommend for any group with mobility issues. There are 42 steps just to the front……

“Toilet was stuck first day in. Tried flushing multiple times throughout the day and was still stuck. Messaged the property manager twice and called them but no response. Would not recommend unless this is fixed as it was an unpleasant experience.”

“The property manager is aware but all the time we were at the place the central heating did not work. It got looked at the next day by technician as per the message that was provided and said to be fixed but it still did not work. I sent multiple pictures to prove that it did not work, and we had to stay in cold especially at night. Also, the first answer I always got when I called was that we haven't had a complaint or the owners were at the property before us and everything was fine but it was……
