Great location

We had a wonderful time during our visit to Quepos. The property was super clean and beautiful. We had a blast.

Good

The place was clean and it was in a good location. No bed bugs. The A/C worked well and their pool was clean. We saw some wild life around the property. The matresses were not very comfortable and I would suggest at least 1 cooking pan for the oven and a few more towels. The second bathroom shower doesn’t have a divide on the floor so the bathroom was a concern when everyone showered.

Nice place, nice pool

We really enjoyed our stay there overall. Unfortunately there was an issue with our toilet that was leaking waste water on the floor. I was in contact with management but unfortunately it wasn't fixed during the 4 days we were there. Except for this little issue, we had a good time in quepos, the apartment was clean and beautiful. One recommandation for the owner would be to provide better cooking pans and knives. We couldn't find one knife that was sharp enough.

Beautiful unit, beautiful complex; Communication could be better

We were really impressed with the unit itself, as well as the complex it is in. The unit is clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is fairly well equipped for most vacation needs. The beds are comfortable and there are plenty of plugs for charging a whole family’s devices. Our kids (10 and 12) absolutely loved the pool, and the adults loved how close the pool was to the unit. In short, everything about the unit itself met or exceeded our expectations.Unfortunately, we had some difficulties communicating with the owner. She was not as quick to respond to messages as we have come to expect from other owners on VRBO and she requested payment outside of VRBO. Our biggest concern was that the availability of a washer/dryer in the unit for guest use was one of the reasons we selected this unit from the many available in Quepos. It was important enough to us that we reached out to her two days before our stay to double-check that a washer/dryer was available inside the unit for guest use. She responded in writing confirming that it was. We arrived only to find that the washer/dryer were inside a locked closet. When we reached out to the owner, she said that there had been a miscommunication and there were no washer/dryer on site for guest use. As I’m writing this, the listing still indicates that a washer is available for guest use; that was definitely not our experience.I want to emphasize again that the unit itself was fantastic.
