"Absolutely loved the Family Suite for 4 people."

"The booking and check-in process was smooth and easy. The hotel was clean, the room was a comfortable size, and the staff was friendly. However, I would not recommend the breakfast add-on. It wasn’t a good value, and the options were limite. It’s better to order à la carte so you only pay for what you want. Additionally, I never received my final balance after checking out. I’ve tried contacting the hotel throughout the day and have left two voicemails, but have not received a response. Overall, based on these factors, I would rate the hotel 3.5 out of 5 stars. "

"I arrived early after a rough travel day and the front desk found me a room early so I could rest. The view was fantastic with the Chrysler Building visible giving me great pictures each night. The gym had everything I needed from a squat rack to free weights. My only wish is that there would have been a great restaurant in the building but it’s NYC and I was surrounded by great food options so it wasn’t a big deal. I will probably always come back to this hotel in the future as the service was top notch."
