"The hotel rooms are quite nice, Room service menu is limited and the breakfast buffet is weak. Anderson was an amazingly helpful waiter. The pool area is not maintained at a high level and has inconsistent service, but poolside food was good. Nice location at a relatively quiet beach. Taxis are needed to go out for dining as there is not much nearby but Leblon has great restaurants only 10min away by car."
