The location is fantastic, making it easy to walk to many theaters, restaurants, and major attractions. The hotel itself is economical and clean, which is exactly what we were looking for during our stay. It’s definitely not a luxury hotel, and the mattresses could use an upgrade. However, if you’re someone who values location, affordability, and a quiet place to sleep in the middle of Manhattan, this hotel works well. Overall, I would stay here again and would recommend it to friends and family who don’t mind modest accommodations in exchange for an unbeatable location."

"I was hesitant to book here after seeing some negative reviews, but I am SO glad I did! We were checked in after about 30 minutes in line. We were given free drinks from the bar, $40 meal vouchers daily, and also free water bottles! We got in the wrong elevator at first, as there is a system you have to pay attention to that tells you exactly which elevator to go in to. Once we figured it out, it was actually more efficient than a regular elevator would be. If you get confused, dont be afraid to ask! Our room was on the 47th floor, we asked for a higher floor, and it was a decent sized 2 full-sized bed room. "
