「There was no air conditioning, and the room was extremely hot and stuffy. A member of staff told us they would provide an additional fan, so we went to reception to ask. We were told a fan would be sent to our room, but after waiting over an hour nothing arrived. When we returned to reception, we were then told that no fans were available. 「The property was very clean in the rooms but the veranda was really dirty and dusty it looked like it had never been cleaned the bed was really clean and comfortable and it had a massive TV in the room and some exercise things too. The bathroom was clean and towels were lovely and with toiletries provide it was a bit far from train station to walk but the bus stop was nearby as it was a bit expensive to use taxis. They had lots of outdoor space to eat and drink as you were next to the Caversham...
