“It was a beautiful house and well stocked with all your needs. Also located in a great area.”

“This is a cute little place. Seems a little worn out for the money. The picture of the two chairs by the water is disceptive. You can not see the water from the house, except for a peek a boo view through the trees. i ”

“Just absolutely wonderful! Spotless clean, with great amenities! Exactly as shown in the pictures! Great location.”

“The cottage was very well decorated, maintained and well stocked. Loved the location with a view of the cove.My kids loved the loft”

“Clean, well-appointed, quaint, pet-friendly home centrally located in a great area for driving to Harding's Beach and downtown Chatham.”

“We had a wonderful week at The Velvet Crab. Tara and the Heart of the Cape crew were attentive to any message we sent and the house was a perfect location to explore the outer cape. We loved how close we were to both the bay and ocean beaches and the whole family, dog included, loved lounging at the pond’s edge. We’re sorry to have to leave!”

“Amazing stay at this pet-friendly cottage on the beach. Location was great and the hosts were very accommodating. We loved the privacy of the island, the outdoor space, and the sunsets overlooking the bay!”

“This place was fantastic! The location was great! I loved going down to the dock every morning to wake up. The hot tub was relaxing after a day on the beach. And the local restaurants were fabulous! We would totally go there again!”

“This house was super clean and comfortable. The sun room was terrific place for our group to hang out it, it has fabulous air flow with the windows open. Genevieve was VERY responsive and proactive. Would stay here again!”

“The property turned out to be just as showed in the pictures. We found it clean with supplies, even though the list indicated that there will none (or very few). The location was perfect. Minutes walk from Herring Pond, 5 minutes drive (or walk) to First Encounter, and close to Orleans and Eastham. We will try to return next year!”

“The location was awesome, the house was clean and spacious, and overall it was terrific! I would highly recommend.”

“We travel to this area of Cape Cod almost every year and we love it! The location of this unit is good if you are okay with being a little bit off the water. Braemar is a quiet area. The pool is very nice and the sitting area in the back is peaceful. We do a lot of our cooking in and the kitchen could use a few upgrades. I wouldn’t say that I agree that it’s a well stocked kitchen but you can definitely make it work. You may want to bring a frying pan, some spoons, bowls and a full size coffee……

“Clean well maintained”

“Great location. Spacious house.”
