"The location was amazing, right on the water. Very clean and was as advertised. Explored Provincetown and the beaches of Cape Cod. Perfect for two. Parking right in front of the cottage. Host was very responsive. "

"The space is beautifully decorated and clean. We were staying to attend a wedding and we were so close to the venue and beaches. Check-in was easy. All the basic amenities provided. My only suggestion would be maybe more lighting in parking area- hatd to see when checking in at night- almost teipped on raised curbing."

"Could use some updates and repairs but overall a nice cottage close to the ocean / beach, shopping and restaurants. Outdoor shower was great and nice hot water! Furniture in living space could be better. More comt seating and the table and chairs inside weren't needed and just took up space. Extra countertop would be good as it was hard to cook and the stove needs to be leveled. Some kind of high top bar with stools would have been great and a different arrangement with the living room...

"This is an excellent hotel fir a vacation with a well-maintained pool, beautiful views of the river in the back and harbor in the front, a fitness room, a playroom with billiards, video games, board games and a TV, a large deck with a terrific view of the river, and outdoor sitting and eating areas. The staff was responsive and helpful. Only drawbacks: pool closed a little early, at 8, and no elevator. "

"Small cabin, refrigerator went out before we realized and we lost food. Heater was red tagged, fortunately we did not need it on. Window air conditioner leaked terribly, stuffed a towel around the bottom to stop the gale force wind from coming in. The beach was at the bottom of a bluff we no access except to climb the fence next door!"

"We both wanted to get a glimpse of Cape Cod for a few days and just relax and this location was awesome for that purpose! Even though the weather wasn’t all that great, we were able to take a walk on the beach just outside our VRBO!"

"Wonderful stay. Wish we had an additional week! The “loft” views of Swan Pond, with the breezes filtering in, made even our simplest of meals an experience! Whether using the complementary watercraft on the Pond or sitting and reading (or napping) by the pond, the salt air relaxed the soul. Even a rainy day in that “loft” made one feel like a kid in a tree house. Laurence is a Primo host!! Five Star! So knowledgeable and friendly, not at all intrusive, but so helpful. Our elderly canine...

Amazing family friendly hidden gem!

"This adorable place is one of the BEST family friendly hotels and extremely clean, I’ve ever stayed at! The studio rooms have everything you need including a fireplace and even pocket doors to separate the bedroom from the living area with a full sized pull out couch! Daily ice cream socials, all kinds of local snacks, active for the kids, the beach right there with tons of shells and critters, an awesome pool/hot tub gym, sauna…minutes from the Skipper and all shops, restaurants, mini golf, water parks..I could go on and on! The staff is super friendly and on point! Great place to stay with kiddos! We LoVED it! "

"This was the cleanest motel we have stayed at in ages. While it's a no fills establishment its clean, well cared for and in a convenient location. The folks who run it are absolutely delightful and clearly care about both their establishment and their clientele. Would happily stay here again."

"Been to this hotel many times. It’s a bit more modern than other hotels on the Cape. Staff are always friendly and check in is fast. It’s pretty convenient for everything on the Cape but Rte 28 can get busy in summer months. There is an added bonus of an Indian restaurant for dinner options. "
