Realicé una reservación con el personal de recepción al momento de mi llegada debido a inconvenientes con mi viaje. Sin embargo, no pude alojarme, ya que el personal de servicio al cliente me indicó que la reservación sería válida para el día siguiente. Luego de haber realizado el pago, se me informó que la reservación había sido cancelada por un error en la fecha.

I don't think they own a vacuum cleaner, or maybe it's broken or something because there were Cheerios, bits of plastic, dried mud clumps and I don't even want to know what the white stuff was in the carpets.
