“The staff were friendly, the grounds were beautiful. The staff were super communicative in the lead up to the booking, they'd asked if we'd prefer a room away from the hall which was hosting a Motown night since they saw we had an infant with us, and they called on the day to ask if we'd prefer the sofa bed or cot for the infant.
