「Room is nice, staff were excellent 」

「Everything was great except the restaurant prices: $25 ($30 after tax and tip) for a Woodford on the rocks), and $31 (before tax and tip) for a breakfast cake (essentially a muffin).」

「Great location and the room was big. Bed was ok, sofa bed not great.」

「The views from the William Vale are absolutely stunning, but the room itself was quite small and the amenities felt a bit basic. However, this seems to be the case with most hotels in New York.」

「I’ve stayed here so many times and I’ve never had a miss. The staff is great and you know exactly what to expect during your stay. 10/10.」

「The room no sound proof so was very noise」
