「Great location and other than a few issues that were frustrating at check in where the resort and Expedia pointed their fingers at each other the time there was positive and both tried to provide a positive outcome. Biggest issue is rooms need blackout shades or drape as sun had us up at 6 am.」

If you have to stay here, better get a mountain view room with bright windows instead. Breakfast is continental no fruit except bananas. Receptionist Philip was very nice. Definitely not worth $350 at all.」

「We are a family of 4, and really enjoyed our stay. The pool was the PERFECT temperature which was awesome! Our 8 year old twin boys loved swimming there, and the adults were having a great time in the pool as well. Our room was clean and updated. Beds were comfortable and the shower was warm with great water pressure. Breakfast was free and decent. This hotel is close to okanagan lake and other stores like Tim Hortons. Doug at the front desk was helpful and kind! We will definitely be back!」

「By far the staff are exceptional at this little gem! The remodelled rooms were well thought out (especially for the ladies) and the little details just made it extra special. We particularly enjoyed the guest space out back with various seating areas, bbq and firepit. The spa was the biggest surprise that included 3 stations with a sauna, cold plunge and firepit to get cozy and recover before walking down the path to repeat the most unique experience we've ever had - we loved it! 「Property has deteriorated significantly and needs lots of repairs. We have travelled to this location for many years but this is the last time we book here. Renovations are needed everywhere and not worth the high cost of each night. Breakfast was very very limited. There used to be better selection and now there isn’t much to choose from specially if you don’t eat pork. I would suggest bringing pastries and yogurt as an additional option. The worst is it feels like there such a limited amount...
