"We loved our room and the view of the beach. However, this hotel is right near busy highway 31, so there is no noise unless you keep your sliding door shut. If you have a balcony, I was a little disappointed with this, but I just closed the curtain on that side and opened it to the ocean until I couldn’t stand the noise anymore and then I closed it. I highly recommend the restaurant as the drinks and the food were really, really good!"

"Great spot for a family vacation. We werent expecting the game room (which the property owner is still working on completing, so it wasnt on the listing) but it was an awesome addition. Would definitley recommend and hope to return some day."
"Very nice views. The house is nice also. Just needed 1 TV upstairs. Walked the road and neighbors were friendly. Saw deer! Sauna was a great extra. The morning lake view was beautiful "
"Rob was amazing! We had lots of questions, and he responded very quickly. The property had everything you need in a great quite location with multiple lakes a couple minutes from the house. You could walk to them if you wanted. We fished plus visited both Traverse City and Elk Rapids during our stay. Only 15–20-minute drive. If you want to stay away from the busy city but close enough visit this would be a great choice! Thank you, Rob! "
"Amazing location! We came for a wedding that was located on Rennie Lake, about 10 Minutes from our vacation rental. All we could think about was how much we wanted to return to our location so we could enjoy a peaceful sunset. The staircase is def steep but I felt very safe getting up and down them to the bed area. "
