"My wife and I booked this property so we could get a feel for the neighborhood and we loved it. The property is small but has everything you need to stay for a week of two, including parking which is a big plus. The location is very convenient, it's a residential neighborhood but just 10 minutes away from shops and restaurants and you can walk to Alki beach through a park in about 45 minutes."

"Quirky and entertaining additions throughout the house/ property keeping things interesting. Whimsical decor, along with fine art and rocknroll memorabilia. Despite it being cold an rainy, ( we are PNW residents so were not surprised or concerned) the place was warm, inviting and beautiful. Close to Golden Gardens , Ballard, the aquarium and pike st market and far enough away to be able to decompress after being around so many people during our day trips. Communication with Jon was a a breeze...

"This property, right on Lake Sammamish, was spacious enough for 2 adults and two children. Great views and access to the water. Kitchen and bathroom facilities provided everything we needed for a 12 day stay. Cable tv Netflix and many books for our entertainment. Several stairs lead down to the house from car park."

"Absolutely beautiful cottage, very private and cozy with an epic view. We needed a place to just be and breathe and relax, and this was perfect! We spent hours in the hot tub and just listened to the quiet. We are very particular wanting a hot tub that is outside with an amazing view, and also very private. The house offers privacy and security. Loved the huge window in the living area. It lets in lots of light, even on cloudy Seattle days. The beds were comfy.
