「From the moment we arrived at the hotel, the staff were super unfriendly & not helpful. They did not make eye contact. We asked several staff members where we could find towels & they could only point towards the massive pool. The beach is completely full of people selling things like nothing I’ve ever seen & the vendors are very aggressive in soliciting you. 「We loved it here! Classic basic Costa Rica hotel-simple and clean. AC was strong. Monkeys and iguanas put in a show for us, and the pool was a gem! Staff was lovely. Easy walk to Playa Conchal, the Indian restaurant (weird, I know) next door was delicious. Recommend for sure. 」
