“They did not refresh our towels. Maybe they are super eco friendly, but they removed dirty towels and didn't give us replacements. We had to keep asking for more towels our whole stay. I don't understand why they would not give us any new towels. This is the main reason for the 3 rating”

We checked in after hours so did not interact with any staff except over the phone but the remote check in process was still easy and we had no issues. Was a convenient and affordable stay for a concert in Matunuck.”
