「The hotel is very well positioned. Close to the port, old town and beach. However, it takes few adjustment to meet the highest standard. We had a junior suite room. The A/C is awful. It was freezing at night, 18.5 deg. Even if we set it up at 21 deg. The staff were useless on this issue. After few nights, i got sick, bronchitis. Me and my wife had to wear jackets in order to have a confortable sleep. The staff at the restaurant did not remember our orders. As an example, we order pancakes...

「Be sure and don’t make the mistake we did which was booking the wine suites versus the wine hotel. We thought we were booking close in to old town at the Wine hotel and turns out we were in a completely different spot close by but different area that has security surveillance the neighborhood. staff was wonderful unhelpful but yet we weren’t where we should have been or so I thought the other issue was there was mold on the walls and we could smell paint so it seemed like they had just painted...

「We loved our stay at this rustic hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious, and our room had good AC and was comfortable. We were even offered breakfast to go on the morning we left, and the staff helped to arrange a golf cart to take us to our taxi pickup spot. The location is excellent as well, in a quiet street but still steps away from the centre of old town.」
