The room was more than sufficient for the 3 of us, it was clean, and the on-site restaurant was delicious. The only downside was we were unable to make use of the breakfast because there are two breakfast sittings and an already booked castle tour did not allow us to make use of the only slot available at the second sitting."

"The truble with this hotels is that they hire people with horrible customer service. "Everything was perfect! Wr loved and enjoyed our stay so much. The only detail we found was in the kids area, which was quite dirty (no talking about kids dirty), but a lot of dirt and and spider webs. Besides that, everything excellent!"
