“Staff was great and so was the room. Hotel is next to campus and Aggieville which was very handy.”

“The rooms were dirty and smelled of cat urine. The sheets were dirty. The bath had black and pink mold on the walls, tub, and shower curtain. The property was falling apart and needed maintenance. The pool was falling apart with chunks of concrete scattered throughout the bottom. It also smelled of fish. The staff was hard to track down. The breakfast was stale and cold. We ended up leaving after only 3 nights of our week stay. Overall, a very unpleasant stay.”

“Our room smelled so bad of mildew/mold and we were offered a fan but never received one. The stocking of shampoo and conditioner was not attended to-I am not sure when our room was prepared but several things were missing. We spent two nights and our towels were replaced but beds weren’t made and again nothing replaced in the showers that was out. Staff was pleasant and we understand it’s not their fault. Swimming pool was down the whole time we were there. They do charge $4 for the coffee in……

“The most positive thoughts was how clean room was . The front desk lady seemed great on phone with questions before check in but seemed kind of irritated after check in. And the gentleman working got upset and was storming around pissed off cause I reported light by bed wasn't working . He tried to explain that's why extra lamp was in there but I have a hearing deficit and didn't understand him . So he stormed off slamming doors and then stormed out of building. And no cable tv,breakfast I new……

“The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean too they just need to wipe walls as they were dirty and there were buggers on the wall. The breakfast was okay they had sausage, biscuits and other items. Overall I would stay here again.”

“Motel was quiet & the beds were comfortable. My daughters loved the hot tub. Breakfast was hot & had plenty of variety to choose from. The room did have some issues that needed addressed. One of the electrical outlets didn't work & sparked if you tried to use it. Also, the tub looked like it had some black mold because the faucet was leaking possibly behind the wall and not just into the tub. Overall, our stay was great in our suite.”

“I cancelled my reservation more than 24 hours in advance due to health issues. Holliday Inn Manhattan KS would not refund my prepaid room charge.”

“For $130, I would expect the room to be clean. Bathroom had alot of water damage under the sink on the wall same for around the bath. Sink faucet moved completly over when we turned it on and off. Breakfast was ok, but bread products were definitely not fresh.”

“The staff (night clerk) was very cordial and well mannered. He even dug out a charging cord for my old flip phone that I had unintentionally left at home and also computed a map to a friend's address in Manhattan so I could find his home.”
