“Room is old, bathtub is rusted, caulking around toilet was black. The room smells like no one lives in it for a while. While it rained, the water overflow to the door. The only pleasant thing was the staff was really nice and helpful.
I don't think I will go back again unless they make some improvement”

“Extremely disappointing customer service and an alarming billing experience.
During our stay at Marriott’s Barony Beach Club, staff attempted to run my card more than 50 times within roughly two hours while calling my phone back to back. Despite all those attempts and calls, they could not clearly explain why they needed additional money from me or what it was supposed to cover.
If there is a legitimate balance due, explain the amount and the reason. Guests should be able to ask basic billing……
