“We didn't take up our booking because we were advised by our friends and relatives (one is a member of the local constabulary) who live locally that the hotel is filthy, poorly managed and used more as a hostel for undesirables. We were advised not to stay there, consequently we didn't even see the establishment so cannot confirm whether that is the case.”

“The bathroom lock door is non-existent and broken. There are some stains on the carpet. Quite disappointing that there is no mini fridge in the room. ”

“No tea and coffee in the room pushed you to go and pay for breakfast and the breakfast was not very good. Had to put my bread through the toaster 8 times before it resembled toast and the bacon looked like it had been cooked over a heated argument.”

“Mollies was 10/10. The decor, the amenities, the staff! All outstanding! Our stay was incredible and they added little touches to make my birthday during the stay extra special. Loved the complimentary tea and coffee bar at reception. Had to find out where they sourced the camomile tea from as it was so nice! Great location”

“Location is good. The checking process was not good. People need to scan QR code to fill in information by themselve, and its not so easy to fill in and take time. There is a question in the checking website about country, and it listed Taiwan, provice of China. Taiwan is not a provice in China. On the door wrote cleaning sevice need to book in app before 11 pm everyday, but I couldn't find where to book in app. so I asked reception to book cleaning service and they said they noted. But……
