「Gentleman at the reception desk was very pleasant and friendly. The hotel is located at an odd intersection (due to recent construction) with its immediate entry a bit hidden when turning onto the road towards it. It’s an older hotel but very clean. Has an attached restaurant, but I didn’t eat there to know the food quality. Has an elevator, so no struggling with luggage up flights of stairs. Overall good value for money. 」

「We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn on Upper James in Canada, and I have to say — the experience was fantastic from start to finish! The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and considering we were a large group (with my siblings and their families joining as well), the staff handled everything smoothly and made sure everyone was comfortable. 「Rooms are huge, had a double king suite with a pull out and a kitchenette, really nice that 2nd king was in its own room to get some peace and quiet from the kids. Cool Hollywood themed hotel! Rooms were nice, clean, and looked new.」
