Private Holiday Villa Rental with Private Pool

Casa Leonor is a traditional semi-detached villa in Ciudad Quesada on the Costa Blanca.
The property has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom 1 is a double with an ensuite, a balcony with chairs and a table to enjoy a view of the pool and salt lake. The other two bedrooms have a shared bathroom which has a bath with shower over, vanity wash basin and toilet.
There is a fully fitted kitchen with an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave oven, grill, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. All cooking utensils and crockery are provided. The property benefits from air conditioning and has a large smart tv with International channels and free unlimited internet. There is a conservatory which overlooks the pool. There is street parking with ample space. The house has a lot of terrace space. The property sleeps 6 persons and has all the amenities required for a fabulous holiday including a 5 x 4-metre private swimming pool and an outside with a table, chairs, sun loungers and a large shady gazebo to enjoy breakfast or an evening glass of wine. There is also a bar bbq outside. The house is extremely cool in the summer months and it has central heating for those who prefer off-season visits.
There is a room outside with a washing machine with an ironing board. Beddings and Towels are provided for your stay.

The villa is situated in a quiet area with a free tennis court and skateboard court within walking distance. There are local bars/restaurants, pharmacies, health centres and supermarkets which are less than 10 minutes walk away. There also are several restaurants to choose from in Quesada serving a variety of food to accommodate most palates. There may be a local fiesta at the time of your visit. There are historical towns and traditional villages close by. There is also a daily bus from Quesada to various areas on the coast including Benidorm, Cartagena, and Murcia (booking through a local travel agent).

There are also several beaches along the coast and the nearest beach is the beautiful blue flag beach at Guardamar del Segura which is less than 15 minutes’ drive. The Beaches are well signed and posted and possess a range of services such as numerous restaurants including beach bars, footpaths, ramps, children’s play areas, first aid station, and lifeguard services. Some services are available during the summer season only. The coast has a sports marina where nautical sports can be practised.
