The spa was closed, which was not made clear when booking through a third-party site, and this significantly impacted the stay. Check-in was disorganised and extremely slow, given there were so few people checking in. The room key failed multiple times and had to be reprogrammed more than once, which is not what you expect on...

「Unfortunately I stayed on a Monday/ Tuesday when the bar and restaurant are closed so cannot give a review of any amenities. The room key was in a key lock external to the property. Room was clean and tidy and would definitely stop again but not on the days the bar / restaurant are closed.」
