「very nice staff, breakfast was very nice and room good. maybe they could have had more choice of beer at the bar」

「The hotel was further from Lyndhurst than I expected and although that wasn't an issue, it was further than I anticipated. This for us was the only downside to the stay. The room was cosy and comfortable and somewhat quirky. We loved its uniqueness. The hotel restaurant was lovely and we enjoyed our dinner there on our overnight stay. We would definitely stay again as it was convenient for a stop over before embarking on a cruise the following day from Southampton.」

「The property was kept warm at all times and a good breakfast choice was offered. There was a good choice of evening meals. The only criticism was the noise of doors banging which caused the fabric of the building to shake. On a positive note the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The bedroom was always kept clean and the bed was comfortable. The car park was good and there were ample spaces. I would certainly visit again.」

「We enjoyed our week at the hotel and found it clean, comfortable and convenient, with helpful friendly staff. Breakfast offered a good choice. It is useful to be able to get resonable meals in the evening, though there are many choices in Lyndhurst. I enjoyed using the swimming pool, though I would suggest a plastic chair in the changing room so we don't have to dress/undress on one leg. Liked being just out of the main busy streets, but close enough to walk in.」

「The hotel is lovely, dog friendly, rooms are nice but our bed was a bit uncomfortable but we were only staying one night passing through the new forest, the staff are lovely, the breakfast was really good, our dogs got a sausage each, handy carpark, would use again.」

「Very helpful and courteous staff, nice accommodation, situated in a nice quiet area」

「Nice hotel in a great location. We enjoyed our stay」

「Super stay! We come back every few months!」

「Staff made the experience - they were exceptional. Really helpful and friendly. Having the garden gate opening directly onto the New Forest was a huge bonus, especially as we were travelling with our dog.」

「服務員態度有待改善」

「Probably due to limitations of the vertical movement of the elevators, we , staying at the lower level, took ages to get to the front desk to check out.」

「位置方便，近大型商場，多餐廳，有泊車位，但不多。附近有其他停車場，泊車容易。酒店整體清潔很好，設施維護良好。窗有點少。桌面很少。」

「AOK」

「Fantastic. Really need to keep that a secret!」

「We booked this for our pre cruise trip. The location is excellent and the harbour view is spectacular. What actually impressed us is the service. We landed in early morning and with a check in time at 3pm, they tried their best to arrange a room for us before 1pm. What's more, they had our luggage delivered to our room before we even asked for it. And they kindly offered us a late check out. The room is spacious but the light is a bit dim and the bathroom is a bit small. The Jetty restaurant is...
