「Never stay here in the summer! A lovely hotel with a great spa but sadly the staff were not interested. Our room (6) was boiling hot, far hotter than 2 other hotel rooms we have slept in over this May 26 heatwave. 「It was a very mixed stay, although overall it was positive. The first room we were given was very dirty. The walls in particular were yellow and marked, including hand prints on the walls and mould on the curtains (pictured attached). The room was very hot and the window didn't open - no air conditioning either. It was quite small and cramped. Premier inn would have been a lot better.
