“It’s very unique and traditional history house which I feel I just came back the home.”

“Georgia is a great host and the property is well equipped and maintained. This unit is a basement unit of a house that has been divided into two units and a living quarters for Georgia. After checking in and the walk through with Georgia, I never knew she was there. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and the decor is very nice.”

“My stay at ALEO was incredible. It was my second visit to Detroit; my first time was at the Godfrey, a new build. Soft music played throughout the space, and beautiful paintings by local artists created a gallery-like atmosphere. Gorgeous plants added to the inviting ambiance. The rooms were exceptional. The bed, dressed in linen sheets, was incredibly comfortable,……

“The Cochrane Inn is run by a pair of wonderful sisters, Rica and Winky. I arrived at the Inn way ahead of the check-in time and was exhausted due to the longhaul flight. They offered me complimentary breakfast and accompanied me while I was waiting in the lobby. The room was clean and comfortable. This was my first time being able to fall asleep on a hotel bed without the help of melatonin pills! The Cochrane Inn is truly a magical house to me!  Thank you for the awesome stay once again, Rica……

“Georgia is a great host and the space, both inside and outside are well equipped and maintained. It seems that Georgia lives on the property, though the house is divided into separate units. One thing to know about the property is there was no thermostat to adjust the temperature. Even though it is September, the inside (especially upstairs) got a bit warm. Ceiling fans did help circulate air. All-in-All, I liked the property and would recommend.”
