「the staff were exceptionally polite and friendly and explained the property and local amenities. the rooms were spotless and there was a communal kitchenette that was a bonus. on a morning there is a snack van 200yards from the front door which was good food and price. 「Really loved the spa and the property. Food was good. Only thing is the lake on the property was full of trash, probably not the hotels fault but if it's their property it is something to be addressed since there was water life living in the habitat. 」

「A wonderful property. Easy walk from the train and bus stations and downtown shopping and restaurant district. The staff was very welcoming and eager to serve our every need. The rooms were large, comfortable, with all the needed amenities. The restaurant has wonderful food. Our dinners were the best we had on our trip to Scotland. The breakfasts were bountiful and tasty. Would definitely stay here our next visit to Stirling. 」
