"Easy check in. Staff really friendly and attentive. Room was just as expected, clean, cosy, quiet. The only gripe is the sink tap was broken so took me an age to work out how to work it (room 4216), and the installation of a plastic sink means it’s already marking/staining. But id definitely stay here again without a doubt."

"Room had a little kitchenette with plates, little sink, microwave - super handy! Amazing view from 12th floor. Didn’t bother with breakfast as the queue was massive. Staff were lovely. Lighting in the room was excellent, various options for different moods! Would definitely stay again. Great location."

"Breakfast was great! A lot of variety and even gluten free options. Had dinner at The soak - fish and chips was delicious. Overall location was worth the extra cost. Hotel has a direct connection to Victoria station which makes it so convenient and safe for solo travellers. "

"Tiny, not clean, there was mold in the skylight (if it had rained, we would have been soaked). Shower wasnt consistent; hot then scolding then freezing. No elevator. Occupancy standards are very low."

"This was slightly unusual. The hotel has no reception area and the area that would have been considered communal was very untidy and disorganised. The room itself was great. Comfy bed, decent shower, snacks which I didn't know whether I would be charged for eating.... I had two nights here. The check in process is smooth. Please note, if you make a last minute booking like me, you may not receive the codes for getting into the building and your room. I just made a phone call (to Germany) and had a very pleasant member of staff assist me. No really issue but it may be slightly off putting for some people. Lovely art deco building. Room was nice."
