Nice, quiet and cleanliness

Staff shows friendly and helpful. Location is very convenience .. a big seafood restaurant behind the hotel .. very close to Imago shopping Mall

All staffs are nice! Great options of restaurant, have variety of food at breakfast buffet. The SPA was great as well! Very relax stay.

Loved the swimming pool and the surrounding view from the upper floors of the hotel. The room and the bathroom were very comfortable. Reception and restaurant staff were great. Will stay at this hotel again for the next Sabah visit.

The staff were amazing, remembered our kids names every time we saw them. Looked after us very well. The entertainment was fab, the range of options for kids and the staff really love their jobs. The dancing and the band was fantastic. Thank you for the upgrade, Expedia!

We chose Grandise for the proximity to the pier as we planned to dive. It was a good choice. This hotel is also next to a shopping mall with good variety of shops.the Blu Bar on the rooftop is an amazing place to be at sunset.

I had a really relaxing stay with 2 of my of girlfriends for 3 nights. We had booked 2 rooms and they upgraded to a suite which was amazing. The resort is in a beautiful setting, very peaceful and it's possible to snorkel in some coral very close to the resort. The food in the restaurants is very good and the spa is wonderful in the most peaceful setting. A few watch outs: It's expensive to get to the resort on the way out we organised a taxi from the airport to Jessleton point to...

Super convenient location with all sorts of options, including dining, shopping, transportation as well as banking.

The hotel room was perfect. The shower was really good, the pool was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. We weren’t very far from the airport and there were plenty of places to eat nearby. It was easy to get to other major places and for all tourist trips this hotel was one of the pickups. A good choice for us.
