“An all round excellent hotel.
Safety - safe area, car park is secure with cctv covering it. The building locks at 5pm and a card is required to access it.
Location - just fantastic. A short distance from major locations. The hop on hop off ticket office is located in the building and stops right outside so it’s an excellent way to get around the city and see all of the landmarks.
Staff - phenomenal and went out of their way to assist.

“The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. “A genuinely great hotel with beautiful and clean buildings, superlative staff (especially the front desk staff, especially Menard). It seems like every year New Orleans seems to decay a little more, with a lack of pride for the city by its residents and visitors. It’s a shame that such a treasure keeps getting dirtier every year.
