Check in did not go well. The lock box that was supposed to have our vehicle pass was empty. Manager gave us 4 more boxes to try to finally find a vehicle pass. The waiting and back and forth took approx 30 mins. 2nd night door code did not work, had to reach out for that and get a new code. Response was quick and the room was ok, hair in the shower drain and some hair in the bedding so not sure how extensive the cleaning was. Other than that, good location, pictures were accurate, over all good stay.

1/5 – Misleading Photos, Dirty Unit, and Unhelpful HostOur stay at “2BR Escape w/ Parking & Pool, Near Riverwalk & Convention Center” was extremely disappointing. The pictures online are completely misleading — the unit looks nothing like what’s shown. It was dirty upon arrival, and we even found a used eyelash strip in our bed, proving the sheets had not been changed between guests.On top of that, the smoke detector in the bedroom was missing, and the trash chute was clogged, creating a horrible odor in the hallway. Parking was also a nightmare; we had to rush to move our car because the lot was being restriped without warning.When we contacted the host, they were dismissive and unhelpful, claiming they’d contact maintenance but nothing was actually resolved. We ended up leaving early because the conditions were unacceptable.This property is unsafe, unhygienic, and falsely advertised. I would not recommend staying here to anyone.
