This is a beautiful 2 story home. You will have over 2,200 square feet and a spacious master bedroom with garden tub. 3 bedrooms perfect for families. Nice sized back yard and dining area. This house is literally across the street from Sea World, and minutes away from Lackland Air Force Base and Westover Medical Center. The home is also minutes away for JBSA Kelly and Six Flags Fiesta Texas. Large, beautiful community swimming pool.

Location was great. Twenty - Twenty Five minutes to everything that we wanted to do, except food. Food was within 5 min and H-E-B delivered when we stayed in. Would stay again.

Bare Minimum Place to stay
Overall the stay was acceptable but this house definitely provided the bare minimum. House was found to be clean with the exception of clutter in the garage. Did not like having to text to request access code for check in. I felt this should’ve been automatically provided at checkin time. Property manager did respond to text quickly. They forgot to leave any trash bags. And there were no batteries in one of the remotes. They brought them to us within an hour and luckily went ahead and brought an extra toilet paper and paper towel because there were none. The women who brought them was very friendly. The master bedroom is very large which is nice but the bed did not support two people sleeping without sagging a lot in the middle. We ended up sleeping in the yellow bedroom instead. Tiles in the master bath are loose and need to be regrouted. Felt them moving while walking was waiting for one to crack underneath me. Kitchen did not have cookie sheets, or basics like olive oil or salt & pepper. Really just had the bare minimum to get by. House is dated and could probably be listed for more if updated and provided more than the absolute minimum. Overall the location was great and it was basically the cheapest option and that is why we picked it.

Great location near Sea World
My family came to San Antonio for a 4-H archery event and chose this house for its proximity to the complex as well as SeaWorld. Easy check in, plenty of room for everyone. There were a couple questions I had for the host and I received answers typically within 30 minutes if not sooner. I would stay here again.

Great family home
We rented the house for my daughter's 10th birthday weekend. We booked it because the yard looked to be a good size, the layout was what I was wanting, and it looked to be simply decorated (not too crowded with furniture and glass stuff) well when I say the home was that and so much more I mean it! The yard was way bigger than I had expected which was perfect because we had a jump house with a slide a giant inflatable movie projector and tons of games for the kids with plenty of room for tables and chairs. Sofas were super comfy and all reclined the half bath downstairs was perfect for guests the two separate dining rooms were perfect since we had a face painter and balloon artist they were able to set up in the front dining room so we still had the table and chairs in the kitchen. All the rooms were upstairs which was another plus. The laundry room was huge kitchen was spacious with plenty of counter space and outlets. Beds were extremely comfortable. Bathroom in the master bedroom was perfect for the kids because the huge tub. The master bedroom was also very spacious with plenty of space for an air mattress or even two if needed. Overall our stay was what we hoped and more would recommend and book again!
