"Pool was crowded . Very difficult to find a spot in all pool areas. The beach was not as easily accessible as it sounded . The beach and Rhodes end were very crowded by non resort guests . The staff was fantastic and amazing. The food and drinks were great . We would like to return, but maybe when it’s not so crowded. "

"The staff attending breakfast was awesome. The staff cleaning rooms, I interacted with in the hallway, were very friendly. There is not a person at the front desk, there is a monitor with a dude on it welcoming guests to the hotel and doing “check in “. I had to talk to him again when my door would not open and he sent “a member of his staff” to change the battery after a new key didn’t work either. He was actively working on the door when we left. He was good. Before getting to the hotel I received 7 messages saying my reservation is confirmed. Two more after checking out. These were from the hotel itself.
