“the property had a beautiful view and hosted my party of 30 nicely, i will say there were a lot of mosquitos but other than that all was well”

“We had a 4 family chilling out at this place . The house had. Pool, jacuzzi , pickle ball court, mini golf and several gaming consoles and game boards ..all that we needed to stay entertained . We went out of the house only to get essentials and food . All of us spent all the time inside and enjoyed all the facilities . The house was clean ,had all the amenities and appliances like coffee maker , toaster to make a few .. they had plenty of towels and 2 washer/dryer so didn’t have to wait long to……

“The host was great.”

“This is a very cute place.”

“Nice place but messages to property manager before, during and after rental were never replied to. Extra charge for parking Damage deposit kept until persistent calls to VRBO and Ocean Villas. VRBO points at property manger - Property manager points to VRBO system. Still waiting for return of $1000 damage deposit over 3 weeks after rental”

“Granted it was a heat wave but it was brutally hot.”

Rented in December so a bit chilly and no rugs in unit for warmth. No thermostat or HVAC. Two small wall heaters. Parking is tough at the beach so was a hassle every……
