“Lovely staff but property was not up to the photos on Expedia of room and the elevator up to the room was so slow and looked like it could break. It not a hotel but a pensione”

“Location was really great as it made walking around the town easier. The host was extremely helpful and kind. The front door is inside the courtyard of 18 at the back and to the left, we couldn't see it at first, so this is to make it easier for everyone else.”

“This property is in an excellent location, steps away from the metro and shops/restaurants and cafes are all walkable. Although it faces into a busy square, the windows are soundproof and we weren’t bothered on a Saturday night with lots going on. The bedding is luxurious, and the room was spacious and impeccably clean. It was a perfect spot to stay for a night before hopping on the ferry to the coast. Will recommend to our friends and family! ”

The air conditioning was set at a great temperature so o did not have to adjust anything. Would love to stay again. I did not have a charger compatible for my phone and asked management where I could obtain one. Ten minutes later management showed up at my door with 3 different versions. Thanks a lot you saved the day.”

“We loved our stay here! Communication was excellent. Our host met us outside the hotel and helped carry in our luggage. He walked us through the room and all of our amenities. He provided water for us daily. He checked in with us to make sure everything was ok and he was always available to answer questions. Our location was perfect. Our room was large with plenty of room for three! We would stay here again!”

“This was one of the nicest places me and my wife have ever stayed at! It's in a perfectly central location to see Centro Storico and it's a short walk to the Museo Archeologico Nazionale di Napoli. The staff was awesome and the breakfast was great. Would definitely stay here again next time we visit Napoli.”

“今年4月才开的，位于一栋建筑内，这栋建筑特别有意思，类似中国的天井。酒店设施非常新，设备也现代化，有电梯上楼，早餐也很棒，总共4个套房，各自一个主题命名。有两个套房可合并作为大套房，本次有幸入住，很大 空高也非常高和装修相得益彰，分别都有小阳台。要过两道大门（大门很有意思）也安全，门卡和钥匙相结合。位于那不勒斯火车站步行15-20分钟路程的位置，建筑身后不远处就是逛街区域，很方便也很好找，我们是晚上抵达，提前联系了房东了解了信息，反馈很迅速且信息也很全面，从机场打车也很好找。照了房间美丽的照片暂时无法分享很遗憾，图片没有实物美。”

“We stayed in one of the anex rooms and it was an extre step to check in to the main office and then walk over and figure out all the entry codes. But once that was settled it was great. The room was beautiful with tall painted ceilings and windows. It was right in the middle of old town with a ton of restaurants and shops. I’d definitely stay again.”

“Beautiful and spacious room. Coffee machine in the room was great as was the beautiful tub and location. Make sure to communicate with the hosts in advance so you can get proper instructions on finding the place. ”

“It was nothing special and I prefer this hotel if you are only staying a night. The room was very small and we couldn't even open the suitcase. It felt like a love hotel to us and we didn't really enjoy it much. With the similar price we had a way better hotel quality in other places in Italy. The staffs were helpful though.”

“Stayed here for a couple nights and it was very peaceful and clean. The staff was so friendly and made us breakfast every morning. The breakfast only consists of a few groups of people from the floor you’re staying on so it’s enjoyable and you can get some of the best recommendations from the host. ”
