Overall a great place to stay. It was very clean and the bad was very comfortable. Having a private bathroom is a luxury. My only dislike was the paper thin door which didn't block out any sounds in or out.

Very bad unhygienic bed sheet and rodents smelly non ventilated bedroom, non cleaned messy dirty share bathroom, but cleaned the bathroom and changed the sheet on request and complained, however, smelly poor hygiene bedroom. Overall, it’s fair with the given prices.

I have never been so enraged by customer support. If you're so strapped for cash so as to end up here, bring your own cutlery or expect to eat outside, as in the week I spent here nobody came to maintain kitchen habitable. I avoided breathing until the room door was closed behind me. Otherwise, go somewhere else.

For my needs, it was conveniently located and easily accessible by freeway or public bus. Property needs an outdoor smoming area to be perfect.

No hassle stay

Lovely accommodations. My room had an attached bath. The ease of access to the highways made travel back and forth was great. I also reserved a parking space which took care of the parking situation.

The check is terrible. I spend more a hour to finish the check in. They already charged me for 10days stay, but still want me to pay $100 deposits and the link for paying the deposits is not working.

Basic lodging for a good price

This location offers private rooms with shared common spaces. In my case, we had our own private bathroom, but some rooms have a shared bathroom. It was nice to have a kitchen for use. Staying at this property requires additional registration ahead of arrival, so be aware of this. Also, parking can be difficult, so you do have an option to rent a parking space. However, the parking space is pretty narrow, and although it is supposed to fit two cars, if one car does not park well, it will only fit one car. So beware that you may pay for parking and not be able to use it. They have a no refunds policy about this. You are paying for a spot that you are not necessarily guaranteed to get. The mattress is quite firm, so if you have any joint pains, this could be a problem. Otherwise, it is serviceable. The decor is very sparse.
