“Clean room with strong AC and beautiful porch view so close to the ocean”

“I booked thru this site on November 15th for Barana hotel and when I got there I was told that I was the 3rd person that day that showed up with our reservation and there was no reservation booked with the hotel. The hotel has no information of the booking. He then asked me to pay him directly for a room that night. He also mentioned that the hotel do not have any business with hotels.com. I would like my 81$ back please and thank you. ”

“We stayed in a first-floor, beachfront room which was wonderful! It was so nice waking up and just walking out the door to a beautiful sunrise and birds flying overhead. “It is an older hotel, so that was a bit of a shocker for us at first. But the location was great and after the receptionist changed our rooms we were quite happy, we got a bigger room with a smaller shower, (not to small) and shady outside sitting area, we were quite happy. The room and bathroom were clean, and because we only stayed 2 days we did not need the room-service. They did bring beach towels and emptied garbage. The breakfast was good and plenty, People lovely, and a superb location. ”

“The property itself was beautiful, but the pool was only open until 6pm. The restaurant was only open until 7 and there was nothing to do after 7pm. This property needed to have someone at the front desk/ maintenance available 24/7. We went to check out at 6am and there was no one available to check us out. We called the front desk a few times for differe t reasons and there was no answer. ”

“This small and charming resort on the beach is a wonderful place for those looking to experience the Placentia peninsula. You can also just enjoy the pool, beach, kayaks and bikes at the resort. Good restaurants are within walking distance on the beach and across the street. The fresh fruit and cake breakfast is more than you need and was a wonderful start to the day. “Naia resort was just what we were looking for! It is absolutely magical. Our beach front bungalow was truly breathtaking. It was immaculate, well kept, looked brand new even though it is ten years old and sooooo spacious. The bed was super comfortable, lots of pillows and soft cotton bedding. The outdoor shower was the best!!!!! Oh, if only we could have one at home. Housekeeping came every day and did a splendid job. We are neat freaks and it was just perfect! The grounds are meticulously cared……

“This hotel easily earns an 8 out of 10. I didn’t rate it a perfect score because, while the grounds, rooms, and staff were truly exceptional—kind, attentive, and accommodating—the food was a major letdown. And not just slightly disappointing—I mean genuinely bad. To make matters worse, the food was also quite expensive, which made the experience even more frustrating. If you stay here, I’d recommend planning to go into town for meals. I gave the food three separate chances, hoping it would……
