“A lovely and excellently-maintained apartment in Santa Barbara's charming West Beach neighborhood, close to the beach (one block) and convenient (five blocks) to the neighborhood grocery and wine stores.I've been coming to Santa Barbara regularly for the past 14 years, but I now schedule my trips around the availability of this particluar unit. This was my second visit, already, and I'm eager to book a return visit.”

“This was a bright, modern, clean condo. The only noise at night was the crashing of the waves. The access to the beach was so close and easy! The balcony was a nice spot to have coffee in the morning with a view of the ocean, and we enjoyed reading out there in the afternoon. Would stay there again!”
