Family Thanksgiving

Perfect size and location for our family of 9 and three generations! Close to beach access, golf cart was convenient and bikes appreciated by the teens.

Great Place to Stay, Steps Away from the Beach!

My group and I were in town for a girls trip and this property was nothing short of amazing! Just steps away from the beach, but tucked away off the main road which provided just the right amount of privacy. The house was clean and equipped with a fresh set of towels for every guest. The property exceeded our expectations and we would defintely stay here again!

The accommodations were so clean, well-stocked beautiful, well-kept home. Managing company absolutely fantastic. Answered all of our questions. We were able to reach them with any of our concerns or questions. I cannot say enough good things about this trip.

Beautiful home, beautiful location, great pool!

We loved staying at this property! It is a beautiful home! The master bedroom and bathroom is superb! The wrap around upper and lower balconies were perfect for coffee in the a.m. Very comfy beds and surprisingly awesome pillows. Fantastic kitchen and living space for any family or friends trip. Well stocked for all of your needs. The pool and yard area is large. We were nervous about no pool heat visiting in April but the water was actually perfect temperature without it! Would definitely stay again!

Spring Break

Overall the house was amazing except for the pool area. The lack of no heat for the pool and no room for chairs was a disappointment. The pool deck needs to be widen to allow for more room and the chairs need updated as they are old and fragile.

30a vacation rentals

The location was great but definitely some cons with this location and agency: - communication via emails and vrbo messages was horrible. Took weeks to get a response so I would just call. Once I checked in and got a number to text with, the communication was much better. - the check in was pretty frustrating. They told me no early check in and coming from Chicago, there were only 2 flight options. So we ended up sitting at a restaurant for hours while the property sat empty and already cleaned. Then I got a call and was told that the property did allow early check in but it was pretty much already check in time. - microwave was broke and they informed me of a replacement which was fine, but then they wouldn’t work with me on the check in which was frustrating. - pool pump stopped working and the pool got very hot and murky. They did get someone out pretty quick but we lost a half day in the pool. - propane ran out on the last night while cooking so we had to finish cooking inside. I did not inform them since we had to finish cooking the food right away to get the kids fed. - golf cart only has half tank of gas so I had to fill that up Overall the house was ok and the pool was good for kids. The location is great and the bikes, beach equipment and golf cart helped a lot. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Great I30 Beach Stay

This place is conveniently located to beach and state park. Both Kids and adults had great time. Golf cart and pool were perfect addition to our stay.

Beautiful home, great location and amenities!

Property had everything we were looking for. Great location. Close to beaches and delicious restaurants. New, private pool was perfect and gate was a must have with our kids. Golf cart was a huge bonus for getting around. Asked for pool to be cleaned due to recent storms and they were responsive. Highly recommend!

Disappointed with VRBO

Nice property, clean, good property management. However - VRBO was an epic fail in this experience. The pool is not heated and that is why we chose this house. Very cool water this time of year. Five Star(Property Manager) was gracious and gave a slight refund but VRBO refuses to admit the mistake much less fix it. 2 hours of my life I'll never give back.....

Easy walk to beach

We had 10 people staying at the house for a week and everything went very well. Easy walk to the beach, great gas powered golf cart comes with the house, large pool and pool deck, very easy beach access. The open kitchen was plenty big as was the living room. The only "quirks" are the bathroom situation, only 3 in the house and only one is located in a bedroom, and there is no entry to the back yard from the house so you have to walk around the side of the house to access the pool. None of our party really cared too much but the bathroom situation did get congested at times. That said, we would definitely stay here again and really enjoyed our stay. Stinky's Fish Camp is about 80 yards away and that was also a plus!
