Booking and communication were easy, as always. The Property was not.Upon arrival we found the porch wrapped in yell "CAUTION" tape because parts of the porch were so rotten the property manager (Molly) was afraid that they might collapse. Molly (who was terrific) met us at the property to walk through various issues with the house, such as outdoor lights not working (very dark going down steps at night) rusted through grills, locks that did not work and substantial deferred maintenance (chipped paint, holes in floor covered by rugs, rotten wood, missing door knobs, doors that stick, rusted shower curtains, rusted door hinges, rusted light switches...)We were very surprised that this home met the Homeowners Collection standards.The house is in a great location with easy access to the beach and pool. It looks good from the outside, but needs some substantial investment in maintenance, including replacing the front porch (numerous people in our group got splinters) fixing the rotten deck) fixing the rotted wooden deck and repairing the lights outside - this house has significant outdoor steps that get very dark at night.
