This home is the perfect rental for a large group in Seaside. We had 12 people between the ages of 15 and 55 and there were plenty of places to sleep and hang out. Love that all the bedrooms have their own bathroom, that the kitchen is big enough to feed a big group, and the outdoor space is the best feature. There were enough activities to keep 6 kids in their 20’s happy. The beach is a quick golf cart ride away. Parking at the beach is impossible so we just dropped off and the last person rode a bike down. Easy Peasy. If you can’t be directly on the beach this is the best location. Downtown Seaside is 5 min by cart as is the Publix grocery store. We never used our rental car. We did have to buy extra toilet paper, paper towels and garage bags. Laundry soap, hand soap, and dish soap were also not provided. The supplies they give is skimpy for a big group. Overall extremely happy with this home and would 100% rent it again. In fact we are already looking at dates to return to it next year.
