House and location was great. Could have used a broom and dust pan for clean ups. And crab utensils would be nice too. Had to go buy a skillet for eggs. Still give it 5 stars!

Perfect location

Great location with close access to the beach. We really enjoyed having a pool. Clean and spacious. Definitely recommend the golf cart rental.

The perfect Location

This property had everything you could need!We rode bikes and the golf cart to dinners and the grocery store. The beach was right at the end of the street. If you want the perfect location this is it.

Amazing

The house and pool were perfect for our teenagers, their friends, our five year old, and ourselves. It’s a 2 to 5 minute bike/walk to the beach. You don’t have to bring any beach gear because it’s all provided. The hosts are amazing! We’ll definitely be back! Thanks for the great memories!

Perfect Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay so much! Beautifully appointed house with plenty of room for our family of five plus grandparents. Short walk to the beach with chairs, toys, wagon, umbrella, etc provided. The management company was easy to communicate with and were quick to respond to any questions we had. The beach and surrounding area are beautiful. We loved having access to the bikes provided. Overall, a fun and memorable family vacation!

Great Place

We had a wonderful stay at Endless Summer beach home and it was great for our family of 5. Beach Life Vacation Co. staff were very responsive and helpful with our questions and offering local business recs. The house is cozy and the pool is great after a long day at the beach. House is equipped with mostly all kitchen items you would need! We will certainly consider this property again when we return to 30A.

Great Location, Awesome Pool, Roomy Home

Loved this location and the rental company was so easy to work with. Pool was awesome for our teenagers and their friends. We had it heated while we were there and it was so nice to have on the cooler more windy days where it wasn't great for the beach. House does have chairs for the beach but not as nice as the rental chairs. However, my only complaint is with the Vacayzen chair rentals. After paying all that money to rent the chairs for the week, they would take them up if you left them unoccupied for more than 30 minutes. It was a pain because we couldn't all go up to the house for lunch or a break. Someone had to always be there. In over 40 years of going to the beach, I've never had that happen. They would put the chairs back out but you weren't guaranteed the same spot. That to me is ridiculous so I would suggest bringing your own or using the house's

Great house in the perfect location!

This house is exactly as described! Spacious enough for comfort yet quaint and cozy. The walk to the beach is literally 3 minutes!! Close enough to go back for lunch, sun breaks, naps or drink refills. The heavy duty carts were ideal for bringing coolers and chairs across the sand too!

Highly recommend, Great stay, location is perfect and the pool in the backyard is the cherry on top!!! Only teeny tiny complaint Is that our front door knob way broken and we were unable to have it fixed during our stay with 6 small children. We’ll for sure be back!!!

Great Location and Great Communication

We had a fantastic stay! Communication from the get go was informative and clear. Responsiveness while we were there was amazing. We even locked ourselves out at 9:30pm and were back in the house with the help of management by 9:45pm. Would absolutely book this house again.

Adorable house Great service!

The house was as listed; everything was clean and in good shape when we arrived. All 3 bedrooms were nicely put together. We had a great time being so close to the beach. The manager kept contact with us throughout the process, helping us with any needs we may have had. We asked for the pool to be heated, and they gave immediate response, arriving in a very short time. Excellent experience with no complaints!

30a spring break

The location to the beach was perfect for our family with little kids. We could easily go back and forth and take a child home if they needed a nap. There weren’t very many restaurants that were within walking distance for our group, so next time I would definitely rent a golf cart. The house appeared as pictured but could use some updates. We found the pillows very uncomfortable and were surprised that none of the TVs in the house were smart TVs. We had one issue with the pool during our stay and the property manager resolved it within an hour. We would have also enjoyed more beach towels but that was a minor inconvenience. Overall, it was a great stay and a good location. Check out was easy and didn’t require much extra effort on our part.

A perfect beach vacation

We’ve been coming to the Seagrove area for the past few years, and this has been one of the best rentals we’ve stayed at. We really appreciated how responsive the management representatives were. Communication from the time of booking to checkout was great. The pool heater malfunctioned one day but maintenance was out within the hour and had it fixed quickly. The only other issue we encountered was an ant bed close to the pool. We just took care of it with Hot water, but would recommend management look for that and take of it before renters arrive. The house was clean and in a great location. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Great location and easy beach access

This house is awesome and had everything we needed. Beach access is a short walk to the end of the street. We loved not bringing all the chairs, toys, carts this time (but the gear is pretty weathered and one of the carts was not operational). The pool was great but not as well cleaned (leaves bird poo. Etc) we requested a cleaning and they accommodated so no complaints just something you expect to be clean and ready to use. Overall it’s a well kept clean house in a great quiet neighborhood. We’d love to come back again sometime.

Quick Beach Getaway

The house and parking was easy to spot from the road and pulled right in, check-in was easy. The house was exactly as pictured, although I believe the photos don't include pictures of the third bedroom on the main floor. The house worked perfect for us, the best part was the pool - the kids absolutely loved it, and it's standing height so not too deep at any point. The walk to the beach was a little longer than I anticipated (and uphill) with lugging the kids and stuff, and it was quite crowded with half of the beach blocked off for the condos and having to walk a bit to find a spot. It was also a red flag warning for a few days (strong current and surf), so we ended up spending most of our time at the pool with two young children. If we return, I would book chair and umbrellas with the beach attendants to lighten the load and have a dedicated spot. It was great having laundry in the house, open floor plan so the kids could come inside and cool off and play, bathtubs for the kids, great master bath for adults. We had a little maintenance issue, but the property manager Kitty was on it very quickly and it was resolved in a few hours. I wouldn't say you could cook a full gourmet meal with the kitchen utensils, but it is pretty well stocked (for example, needed a larger cutting board, additional skillets, don't forget a lighter for the grill). We enjoyed Brozini Pizza one night as well. Overall, we had a great stay and the house and pool were great! Thank you!
