Pro(s)…good location, clean, a/c was extremely cold (good thing). Con(s)…Family room tv service was a nightmare,Wi-Fi/data speed was non existent (had to go to friends house to work), grill was so cheap it took me 45 minutes to grill hamburgers for friends, washer and dryer were subpar.
